Rick Mills – CFO/Controller – Dallas, TX

As CFO/Controller, Rick Mills is an integral member of the company’s senior management team. He is responsible for all accounting, finance, treasury, information technology, legal, and investor reporting functions for Delivery Limited.  He also oversees and manages human resources, facilities, and fleet activities.

Rick is a hands-on Controller with a broad-based management background, including 30+ years of varied experience as a Controller, CFO, and CPA with financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy experience. 

During Rick’s tenure with Delivery Limited, he has made improvements in billing and collections, warehouse storage capacity, information technology, accounting systems, financial reporting quality and consistency, and accounting and administrative staff knowledge and experience. He has successfully coordinated the sale and transition of the company to new ownership and senior management.

Prior to joining Delivery Limited in 2006, Rick held CFO and Controller positions in companies in a variety of industries, including Oil & Gas, Call Center Outsourcing, Software Development, Multi-State Multi-Chain Restaurant Management, Private Equity, and Public Accounting. 

Mills obtained his BS in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
